Advance Payment Policy
- All orders must be paid 100% in advance before dispatch.
- Orders will only be processed and dispatched after full payment confirmation.
Product Verification Before Dispatch
- Before dispatch, our team will share photos/videos of the selected marble, granite, or stone material for customer verification.
- Customers are requested to carefully inspect and approve the material condition, finish, color, and quality before shipment.
- Once approval is received and the material is dispatched, the order will be considered final.
No Return / No Refund Policy
- We do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds after dispatch.
- Since marble, granite, and natural stones are natural products, variations in color, texture, veins, grains, and patterns are natural characteristics and not considered defects.
- All sales are final considering the nature of the product.
Shipping & Transit
- The responsibility of goods transfers to the buyer once the material has been dispatched from our facility.
- We do not cover damages, delays, losses, or issues caused during transportation or transit.
- Customers are advised to coordinate carefully with their transporter or logistics provider.
